My 3 point Plan

1) encourage economic growth by lowering the cost of doing business.

   - lower the minimum wage to about 10.50/hr

   - creating tax insensitives for hiring CA residents

   - lowering or abolishing various state taxes such as the excise tax

2) stimulate economic growth by lowering the cost of living

   - removing as many state taxes as is possible

   - working with public transit agencies to lower the price of bus/train fares

   - I will pressure the federal government to abolish property taxes

3) "cleaning the streets" (dealing with homelessness)

   - creating state regulated, affordable ,self sustainable inner city campgrounds open to the public

   - decrease the persecution of vagrancy

   - provide state day labor positions
